Interview
The interview was held with an assistant manager and another associate. It was quite informal and relaxed, with standard questions asked, and lasted approximately half an hour or so. I was texted and emailed with the interview invite, given a couple of days and times to choose from, and at the end of the interview immediately offered a second interview.

Interview
Very personal. Conversation about your life and your family. If they don't like something about your family or how you grew up, count yourself out of the line up for a job offer. Very little talk about your actual qualifications for the position. Base start out pay is significantly higher than most company's.
