Two rounds - first with the hiring manager, then with the broader team. Both conversations were thoughtful and well-prepared, covering marketing experience and how you approach real challenges. Communication throughout was clear and timely which made the whole experience feel respectful and organized. The team came across as genuinely talented - sharp marketers who ask the kind of question that reveal how deeply they think about their work.

Interview
The interview was well-structured and pretty transparent about expectations. Multiple rounds made it lengthy, but that's expected for their hiring bar. Interviewers maintained a professional tone throughout - a bit formal but approachable. Left with a good sense of how seriously they take their hiring decisions. The caliber of people I met was impressive, lots of cutting-edge AI work happening here.
