Asked to Interview a few days after I sent my application in. Request to interview included application questions. Felt it went well but got the feeling they wanted someone to start sooner than I was able to.

Why do you want to work at PSRC and how do you feel your experience makes you a good candidate for this position? Our work at PSRC involves many facets – data analysis, presentations, research, writing, outreach to communities and stakeholders, meeting facilitation, event coordination, technical assistance, and others. What types of work are you most excited about? What types are you less excited about? PSRC is home to three major planning areas - land use, transportation, and economic development. How does regional land use and transportation planning help facilitate economic growth at both the regional and local levels? PSRC has a hybrid and flexible work environment. For this position, we will require that the candidate work from our Seattle office at least part of the time. Would there be anything that would prevent you from meeting that expectation?
Zoom interview with ~ 8 people in different places: one HR person and people from different departments. Each except for the HR person asked a question and a few people would follow up on other answers.
