Interview
The interview process was very comprehensive and engaging. The team was keen on both technical and leadership skills providing very practical exercises and assignments. The process can be lengthy but definitely worth it.

Interview
They have a pretty detailed interview process with 4 different steps: HR Interview, Written Assessment, Hiring Manager Interview and Final Interview.
The whole process took about a month. I liked the team's vibe and I was actually excited about the prospect of working there. They were very communicative which made the process very transparent and easy-going. I did bring up the negative glassdoor reviews during my interview and it seems like they have made an effort to improve on their company culture.
I made it all the way to the final interview but sadly, I was not given an offer.

Interview
Virtual process no face to face interview with anyone so it's not suitable. Maybe you should try to engage people practically. Practical approaches would be more engaging. Maybe it's because the employers recruite for remote and hybrid jobs.
