If you are not local, they will ask you to work for them from home at first, after some years, if they think you work well, they will apply work pass for you and you have to base in Singapore for 2 years.

The hiring manager is not specific in the job scope. The promise is misleading and salary is below market rate. There's also a two year bond with a huge penalty. It is also hard to understand the boss. The company states Europe and USA in website but they have no business there. Be careful, most words are misleading.
