The recruiter settled an interview for senior developer position, meeting with Director, Digital Accounts and Development Team Lead. After the interview, the recruiter came back saying that 'Your testing results were not that great.', giving no details on what in particular was not great, while you spend 2 to 4 hours doing their requirement. A short conversation with Ian after the test revealed, that they don't capture initial job requirements in typical scrum user stories and just get work out the door. Looks like another cowboy shop to stay away from.
