Analytical and case assignment 2. 2 Rounds of interview with the CEO on your background and thought process The conversations with the CEO Manish went deep into my background and are aimed to analyze the problem solving skills, motivation of working in a fast growth startup and other aspects of your personality. A brief discussion on the case assignment also happened. A growth mindset is needed and the company really cares your knack of driving initiatives and sense of ownership. Its good to showcase other relevant projects as well at this point in time and talk about them in detail as well. Its important to be ready to talk about each resume point in detail as conversation head into multiple levels at a particular point to understand your involvement.
