Its very simple. No GD no technical round nothing they didnt asked anything as I expected. They need management trainee so they didnt ask any questions. Still a good experience.

Interview
It was a campus recruitment drive, with multiple elimination rounds including GD, followed by personal interview with the sales head of the organization. The interview was basically designed to see the go getter attitude in the candidates that when faced with difficulty will they drive themselves or stop.
