Realy casual, explained how I loved fitness and exercising in a group setting. I also talked about how I enjoy motivating people to meet their fitness goals! The hiring process was simple I had a phone screening first and then came in to meet the manager for a 1 on 1 in person interview.

Interview
It was awesome, so laid back and easy to talk to the hiring staff. I felt very welcomed from the time I walked into the doors. There was no panel or scary intense interviewers, just fun girls talking. I felt like I already had the job.
