Just had to submit my CV and some other personal details. HR called me back within a few days to ask a few informal questions and arrange a date for interview. I had the interview in under 2 weeks over Teams. The interview consisted of a 10 minute presentation with follow up questions and then competency based questions. Overall was a very positive and efficient process.

Initial phone screen with easy questions. Extremely long delay in hiring process in between interviews. emailed to return for an interview day. 8 hour long interview, with presentation, activities for management to observe you, interactive sessions, and panel interview. Was fun and gave me the impression that the company cared.
