Interview
Recruiters are clearly not motivated to do their jobs. I spent over 4 weeks chasing one for an answer after she mentioned scheduling an interview. Had to email someone at the top of the food chain to get any kind of response. She put me in touch with a manager who scheduled a phone interview with me the next day. She told me I would hear by the end of the week. No joy. Had to call and email the following week to get a reply. I was told I would hear back by the end of that week. Again, no joy. Had to email again the following week to get an answer. Turned out they weren't interested. From initial application to not being selected was roughly 11 weeks. This company clearly has a systemic communication problem and needs to address the issues and inconsistencies within their recruiting group. Additionally, the fact that deviancy of that degree from your basic job responsibilities is acceptable, is disturbing to say the least. You won't waste you time with this company, they will waste it for you.
I appreciate you taking time to share your feedback. I am sorry the interview experience did not meet your expectations. I can assure you that we take great care with our hiring process. Our positions are highly specialized, and therefore we put a significant amount of effort into vetting candidates and deciding to move forward with interviews and offers. Any holdup in response is typically due to this more so than any other reason. At the same time, we know there is always room for improvement and we continuously look for ways to make the process flow more smoothly. Reviews like yours help us to do this.
Thank you and I wish you luck on your job search.
