The interview process was very smooth and positive overall. The team treated me with a lot of respect, and I really appreciated their prompt communication. I went through three rounds of interviews, and the team was great to speak with. Ultimately, at the final stage, the company decided to pivot their needs and hired a more senior candidate with specific certifications, effectively closing the position I was interviewing for. While it was disappointing to find this out after three rounds, I still value how professionally the team handled the process and communicated with me.
