They never state on the job position that it is only a 1099 role. They send you a text telling you it is a group presentation. When I asked what does that entail, they mentioned it’s a group informal interview with two people and then it can be a one-on-one interview. Oh boy. They start out with a slideshow with 40 participants. They tell you about the company, the commission structure, and how you get benefits. Then admit it is a 1099 role. Of course majority of the people left the zoom call. Be honest. Tell people it’s a 1099 role and then you will get workers.
