This was a quick HR behavioral interview. Initially the interviewer wanted to schedule something last minute, like less than 12 hours in advance I was emailed an interview link and had to say I couldn't do it that soon. I was also told outright that if you make it to the next round you'll get a coding assignment and they'll prioritize those who finish it earliest, which is pretty unfair to those that have less time to do those.
