The interview process at QNB is generally structured and moderately challenging, typically starting with an HR screening call to assess communication skills and basic qualifications, followed by online assessments (in some cases) and one or more technical interviews with the hiring manager or panel focusing on experience, problem-solving, and role-specific knowledge. Candidates may then go through a final HR round covering culture fit, salary expectations, and availability. Overall, the process can take a few weeks to over a month, with feedback sometimes delayed, but the interviews are usually professional and focused on both technical competency and alignment with the bank’s work environment.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Qatar National Bank (Cairo, Cairo Governorate) in Mar 2011
Interview
very brief mainly asking about school and college, and trying to determine your language skills,
at the beginning i met an unprofessional HR employee, that didnt actually realize my skills that she set me for a security related job , that includes checking fire and safety systems for the bank, but after i met the HR director he was surprised by my qualifications and suddenly shouted for the the employee that inetrviewed and excused me, then he set me as a teller as this was the only vacancy at that time
