The first 60 - 90 minutes are spent filling out a form by hand, followed by an assessment on a pc in the back. The actual interview with Lamont(?) was less than ideal. He was not very courteous in the interview; quite rude actually. He was more concerned with my past than what skills I had to offer. Quite frankly, I'm glad that I passed on this company.
