The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening focused on my background, motivation, and career goals, followed by a technical interview with managers and senior team members. During the process, I was asked about previous projects, problem-solving approaches, and technical knowledge related to the role. There was also a strong emphasis on communication skills, teamwork, and cultural fit. Overall, the experience was structured, professional, and focused on evaluating both technical competencies and personal potential.

O processo é composto por três entrevistas. Uma entrevista inicial com os recrutadores, depois outra entrevista com uma equipe técnica e por fim uma outra com as menagers. As perguntas são sobre trajetória acadêmica e profissional e sobre o próprio projeto da vaga.
