Interactive and clear . I was able to communicate with people I would later work with and get to know them beforehand. It began with a coding assessment and had a behavioural and aptitude interview followed by a general interview.

I got messaged on LinkedIn by someone who was recruiting for the company and he told me about the position. I accepted to have a call with the company in the following week where they provided me with more information and they told me they would reach out to me to schedule another call. They never did reach back but the initial recruiter asked me if they did and he messaged them and they sent me an invite for that second call with them. That call was to discuss my background and assess if I am a right candidate for the role. I have been told that they would reach back which they, again, never did. I then got another email from the first recruiter asking how that went and if they told me anything (they hadn't) and he asked them for the feedback on that call. They invited me for a video interview, a 2h coding challenge on Hackerrank. I had someone explain the question to me and then I had 2 hours to do a system design problem and the person would have constant check ins with me during the process. I managed to solve almost everything (except one formula that I misunderstood but then, upon clarification, told the interviewer how it should have been done). I was told that it would take a few days to get a result for the interview, but I got radio silence for roughly 3 weeks. After this, I got an email from the first recruiter asking me if they told me anything (which they hadn't -what a surprise) and he emailed them for me to get an answer. I then got told another week after that they decided to not go further with my application (which I was relieved to hear because the process had been unnecessarily complicated and I felt like I was being overlooked by being kept in radio silence for weeks on end).
