So this would be a red flag for Qual Chem not to accept this interviewee. Qual Chem respects the time of the interviewee. Qual Chem pays the manager to travel to interviewee's territory so the interviewee does not have to travel. Qual Chem generally has a four interview process. 1st phone interview. Everything is discussed. If interviewee is in agreement a personal interview is set up. Interviewee is given a line card and procedure manual to take home and read after personal interview. Generally personal interview takes an hour . If you were interviewed for 5 to 10 mins manager may have already decided you were not a match. We hope you find a career more suitable to your liking.
