Qualified Staffing interview questions

Interview was cut and dry. Recruiter and receptionist were unfriendly. Recruiter went through my work history and down played all positions I’ve worked. She’s doesn’t understand what the difference of manufacturing, fabrication, and production is. Also was told after I arrived I needed my W2’s, check stubs, and diploma, which would’ve been awesome to know the day before so I could’ve been prepared. Advice is don’t apply with a certain job or pay rate in mind. Although they are a “staffing agency”, they act like a temp service. They will put you in whatever hole excepts the peg!

Process was quick and simply. You create an account on their site and enter your work history as well as sign forms. Once completed you will do a quick interview and if offered position they will schedule an onboarding session to sign more paperwork, set up direct deposit, as well as complete drug test.
