My interview process with QRM started normally: a phone screen, two interviews with hiring managers, and a final one with the VP of Talent Acquisition. I sent thank-you notes after each. The VP seemed excited after our last chat and asked for my references, which I gave.
Then, nothing.
A week later, with another offer pending, I followed up. The VP informed me I was no longer being considered. She was incredibly rude and argued when I gave feedback about the confusing process. Her reaction made it clear QRM would have been a very toxic workplace.
