Quality Vision International interview questions

Had two onsite interviews the same day. First interview- was asked questions from resume. Then some basic networking concepts. Then some networking related scenario and how I would troubleshoot it. Second was more of behavioral.

You get the hirining manager calling you to schedule an interview. No phone screens. No HR. Weird. The interview itself took about an hour or so. They walk you around at the end of the interview but I think that happens only if they like you. The questions were general about your past experiences. Very much "on the fly".
