The interview process was well-paced, well organized, and full of friendly faces. I had a total of 5 calls with the team. I met first with the hiring manager; then a small group of creative leaders; then with the lead of my potential department; and then with two groups of folks from different departments. I was asked to share some writing samples early in the process, and for the final two groups, I was asked to prepare a presentation to share more of my work; this took some time, but was received with a lot of gratitude. (Disclaimer: I received a competing offer and removed myself from the process before moving on to what I was told would be the final round interview, which would've been with the CMO.)
