1. Behavioral Call: There was a behavioral call that lasted for about 30 minutes discussing my background, experience, etc. Also got to know about the company and the work they do. 2. Take home assessment: A small take home assessment which can be completed in a few hours. 3. Post assessment interview: What I did, problems I faced, how i overcame them, etc. 4. On site visit and discussion/team fit: On site visit, discussion with the team.
