The first interview was behavioural. The second interview was a leetcode medium question. The third interview was a spot the bugs type of question in a smart contract. And then I got ghosted hard. I was told I would be given the next steps for the next interview but I never got anything. An HR lady scheduled a call with me to discuss next steps, I got on the call and she wasn't there. I emailed her three times and it was only after 2 months or so that I got a response saying sorry, we aren't moving forward with your application because the position closed.
