Hiring occurred via online.
Interview process was two phone screens, one with CTO and one with Director of Program Management.
I was invited onsite for a full day of interviews beginning at noon and ending around 545. I met with 7 different people, ranging from VP of R&D to 3 current project managers and ending with the VP and Director. Offer was made at the end of it all.

1. If you were given a million dollars, what would you do with it right now?
2. If you were to pitch a tech sale to the Prime Minister of China, how would you go about it?
3. Describe your past projects, what you accomplished, what you wish you could have accomplished?

Interview
Was interviewed by another technical PM, a relationship manager, CTO, and the Business Development manager. All within two weeks because I was told they were very interested. Then I heard nothing for about a month. I inquired several times but no response. I felt that was unprofessional.
