HR was unprofessional and a roadblock. Try to deal directly with the hiring manager. The overall process seemed uncoordinated as I basically had the same interview multiple times. Poor follow-up despite apparent interest and eventual offer.

Two interviewers seem prepared and asked probing, behavioral style questions (tell me about a time when ...) and for results-based examples.
Easy, general question about previous experience and qualifications. Expectations about carrying out all kinds of work as can be happening on site. Generally Ok process.

Initial 1 on 1 interview, brought in for a office tour and interviewed all day long with several people within the company with different roles. Very intense, so make sure you are outgoing enough to introduce yourself and talk about yourself over and over again to a new person(s) every hour.
