      Ruby On Rails Developer Interview

      Sep 24, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Pune
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Questionpro (Pune)

      Interview

I had appeared for 2 rounds 1st was technical 2nd was HR At first everything was going great. I had cleared the technical round which was a f2f. But then they asked to come for HR round again. I went on the next scheduled date and suddenly the HR became so arrogant. I was feeling like he wants to get over me during the bargain process. After that he explained about their polices and asked me that they'll let know about the result. I was taking follow-up for around a month and they were relying with stupid reasons. At last they informed me that the position is on hold. What kind of process is this. If you aren't willing to take a candidate directly tell them about it. What's the reason for such stupid excuses?
