I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Quick Quack Car Wash (Sacramento, CA) in Sep 2025
Interview
The essential run down was that I received an email that they were having open interviews at one of their locations from 10 am-12 pm so I decided to go because I really need a job lol. I did have to wait outside in heels for almost an hour even though I showed up right on time, so do keep that in mind when planning your professional outfit. Also if you're a man or someone that grows facial hair, please keep in mind that you will have to shave it and remain clean shaven if you decide to work here. The manager literally came out and said "if anyone is unwilling to shave their facial hair, you should probably just go because that is against policy. You must be clean shaven." The actual conversation with the interviewers was very chill. I found a small way to start the conversation of with connection, that's something I recommend doing if you're also an anxious person like me. It almost felt more like having a conversation with a teacher or friend, did not feel very intimidating. I had two interviewers in the room with me. Definitely remember they're looking for smart, kind, and determined or something along those lines. I know other people have mentioned those words, they are IMPORTANT!!! Be yourself, like seriously, be authentic, be kind, be real, don't under sell yourself but also try and be humble. Also try and be different, stand out from the crowd. Really analyze the people around you and see how you can be different.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Quick Quack Car Wash (Cathedral City, CA) in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview process was straightforward, easy-going, enjoyable, clear on instructions and the job description, kind, very easy and simple to speak to, engaging, and I was genuinely interested upon their opportunity.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Quick Quack Car Wash (Herriman, UT) in Jan 2024
Interview
The interviews are open interviews, meaning that chances are at least 30 people will show up. When I went they didn't really take resumes, Just contact info and ask lots of basic questions. EX. "to you, what does smart, committed and skillful look like in a leader?" and other nonsensical personal questions. It almost felt like a job interview easy enough for a 10 year old. They'll also ask about previous experience, I have none, but think of something that could correlate to a job. They also interview in groups, my group was the last group which had 6 people, But before that they'll likely split the 6 into groups of 3 if they can. Overall not a terrible experience, I would change into something like a button down shirt or a polo to make you stand out, as chances are most people will come in the clothes they wore to school.
