It was a short phone interview, asked about experience and strengths and weaknesses. Followed up with a brief 15 min job shadowing a few days later to see if I liked the working conditions
Got hired through a friend, since at the time I usually hung out there almost everyday. So, I already knew the basics of how to make the drinks and how everything worked.
The interview very easy with typical interview questions, although there appears to be a clear preference for ability to speak Chinese or a dialect. Interviewer was very considerate and did not place additional pressure in the process.
