      Customer Experience Specialist Interview

      Jun 30, 2026
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Quince in Jun 2026

      Interview

The interview process was *rigorous* — as in supplying 3x previous managerial references, multiple interview rounds, and even a pre-screen online … test of sorts that goes over flash decision-making and maths. For $23/hr I get why they interview process is tougher than you typical retail role, but if you manage to clear that, at least you know you’re in a bit of an exclusive club. I would recommend having at least a few years of retail specific history and/or call centre experience since you’ll have lots of examples to draw on during interviewing. I don’t think it’s impossible to get lucky with Quince being a very early job in your resume, especially if you are referred by another employee, but coming from a remote customer service role really helped set me up for success with Quince’s expectations.
