I recently interviewed with Quincy Mutual Group and unfortunately was not moved forward in the process. I was disappointed that the initial conversation felt very robotic and lacked meaningful engagement. The recruiter did not dive into key aspects of my background or skills, which made it difficult to present my full qualifications. It appeared the decision not to advance was made solely based on that surface-level interaction, which felt limiting and not reflective of a comprehensive hiring process. I hope the company will consider refining their approach to candidate conversations in the future.
