Interacting with Quiynx during the recruitment process has been by far the most bizarre, disappointing and frankly unprofessional experiences in my career.
I was contacted by a manager of their talent acquisition team on a Friday afternoon regarding the âCustomer Support directorâ role. The position looked great and I agreed to a meeting on the following Monday.
Monday came, no invitation and no phone call
I was interested in the role and company so I followed up with the recruiter, she replied very quickly to confirm she would meet the next day.
Again, no phone call, no invitation
I figured I would follow up one last time and again received a response that we would meet the following morning.
But once again no response from the recruiter.
Reading other reviews of this company and how they treat both candidates and current employees I look at this terrible interaction as a blessing in disguise. This person/company obviously has no respect for candidates or their time and lacks basic emotional intelligence.
I can only hope that senior management at this company understands that this type of treatment has a major negative impact on your companyâs brand, I would not suggest this company to anyone in my network as a employee or customer.
