Initially they will not say that you have to work as a contractor.. once you selected then they will tell you that you have been hired for working as a contractor for atleast 1 year ..You also need to sign bond with them . If you reject their offer then they will threaten you that they will spoil your nsr . no other company will consider your profile in future..bla bla. even their CEO will talk to you and try to threaten you.... They should not behave like that .. candidate might have multiple opportunities at the same time.. He will take his decision as per his wishes. you can't force him to join your organisation only ...

Interview
We have 2 rounds or three round depending on your 2nd round . 1st round is about aptitude test and 2nd round is Technical and third round is HR . If you do good in 2nd then most probably 3rd round doesn't take place.
