The selection process consisted of 3 stages: an initial HR interview, a task, and then a meeting with the team. The process was quite fast, taking only around 3 weeks. However, the negative aspect was that they promised to inform me of the job status within a week, and it has now been more than a month without any communication. I contacted HR on 3 occasions asking for feedback with no response. I found this lack of professionalism and disrespect disappointing. It's disheartening to complete all the stages of the process and then be met with silence, without any feedback, despite reaching out 3 times in a month. I do not recommend this company's selection process and I will not apply again.
