recruiter contact over the phone, then had a physical inteview with development and a project manager
my impression was they dont understand what Agile and Scrum is, I think they just use it because there is a trend, my opinion is they are looking for Agile project manager, I think they want to control everything and do some waterfall using 'sprints'
