Three rounds of interviews, including a final round interview. The final round interview was in-person and included a panel of 5 or 6 people (~3hrs). Timed Excel test as well early on in the interview process.

Applied online, followed by a phone screen then an in-person interview. The whole process took a lot longer then at other boutique IB's. I ended up accepting an offer at a different shop due to compensation being much higher.
