Had a phone screen with HR. She was very professional and personable. Made me feel very enthusiastic about wanting to work for a company. Next, interview was with the Dir of Ops, never showed up for the call or even reached out to reschedule. Kept interrupting while trying to answer questions that were asked. Said she would follow up later in the week and never received a response.
