The initial interview from the head of the Projects department was very enlightening to me. I wasn't completely aware of a Project Process, however, knew enough of a task to be able to understand how the process should function. The interviewer was very calm in asking me about my previous experience, which was in Customer Service and MIS. When the questions turned to project specific questions, I was a little bit lost, but she quickly understood that I didn't know Project Specific terminology, and adjusted the questioning to better understand my experiences. The second interview was along with an HR person, who asked career and personality specific questions which were relatively easier to answer.
