It was two case study interviews. The first one was with two people from Australian offices, largely asking about econometric questions (how would you test this, etc.). The second one was with the head of RBB in Australia and someone from the London office. Was more focused on testing micro theory intuition.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If there was a contract awarded from an airport to a bus service, what kind of things would a competition regulator be worried about?
I applied online. I interviewed at RBB Economics (Brussels) in May 2026
Interview
Got asked why consulting? Why RBB? Both rounds. Was asked to do a brief presentation and got asked case study questions focusing on mergers/horizontal arrangements and market power. The second round had more of a theory flavor in the question, not as anchored in a specific setting and also had one econometrics question/discussion.

Interview
You will have 2 interviews after the cv selection (1 for interns). Both 45 minutes to 1 hour. They are a mix of standard personal questions and a case study for which it can help to review IO theory.
