The process began selecting a time to speak with the VP of digital. Canceled the initial phone interview and rescheduled. They then sent an email 15 minutes after it was supposed to begin saying they decided to hire internally. Very unprofessional.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at RDI/A (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2015

There is an Initial phone screening with the hiring manager. They then call you in for 5 1:1 interviews. The wait time after the interview is very long. I waited 3 weeks before the next stage which was a role play session. then another 2 weeks after the role play session.
