One of the weirdest interviews in which I have ever participated.
There were no questions prepared ahead of time. Manager and supervisor just seemed to be making up the questions as they went. There were long, looong, pauses between questions, not because they were writing down notes, but because it seemed they didn't know what else to ask. They just glared at me. Supervisor asked how many children I have (a complete violation of HR interview regulations).
Got the impression this place is stuck in the 80's with their business mentality, technology, business methods, and policies. No thanks.
