It was a two interview process. The first interview was mainly asking me my experience, expectations and then he told me what the job entailed. A lot of information was left out. Actually more than can be imagined. However, I was asked back for a second interview where I was aggressively grilled by everyone of the few employees who work there. Every gave me the nod and I was told by the end of the day I will be contacted if I was hired or not. Around 4:30 I got a two sentence email saying they decided to hire me despite my lack of experience for 31k and a small monthly bonus. They also asked how soon I can start. I of course had to put in my two week notice at my current job. When I responded telling him this. He wanted me to come in unpaid to help device future plans for their failing company. Hence I did not because it is illegal to work off the clock. Soon I learned they would want me to work overtime without overtime pay and eventually fire me because I did not finish a project on a Sunday I had planned with my family.
