I had three rounds of three person virtual panel interviews with the team and various executives including executive director. These took place over about 2-3 weeks with prompt follow up and great communication until after the final round, over six weeks ago, when they ghosted me. I see by LinkedIn they promoted someone. Of note: My feedback on the entire process would have been 100% positive had they maintained good (or even any) contact. Candidate experience matters!
