RISE: A Real Estate Company interview questions

Spoke to the manager briefly over the phone (after multiple attempts to contact them via email after they initially contacted ME, they took almost 2 weeks to "schedule" an interview and said they tried contacting me via phone and it went to VM but they never left a voicemail.. Who doesn't leave a voicemail when it comes to a job opportunity? They lack professionalism. When interviewing you MUST schedule a call with the candidate, you can't just randomly call them & expect them to be available. He didn't even ask good questions & only did the interview because I had to contact him multiple times. I have over 6 years of experience in the role they were hiring for and I didn't even receive a call back for a 2nd interview, he also ignored all my emails when I followed up. It's not okay to ghost candidates, just be honest and transparent.

Phone call interview and then a video call interview. Asked general get to know you questions and then asked me about my schooling. On the video call there were several people on the call. They each took turns asking me questions.
