Interview
Campus interview. Initial GD round for screening. Topic: Is India a soft nation? Then HR interview where only basic questions are asked such as background, whether interested in pursuing a career in the domain. Salary expectations. Final round with CEO where an overview of where the company is headed was given.

Interview
I went across their website and was very impressed with what they do. I quickly applied online and also emailed my resume. I got a call from the HR the next day and my interview was scheduled for the same week.
I had to go through 3 rounds of interview. With every round of discussion things got better and better. I was able to understand their vision and the interviewers were very open minded and realistic which was very comforting.
My final round was with the Director. There were no technical questions as such in any of the rounds and they were actually assessing the IQ and maturity level by asking situation based questions. It was very exciting and I got through.
