I submitted my application in April. One month later I was contacted for a phone interview. After the phone interview, I had an on-site interview two or so weeks later with the CEO and a managing consultant. After that interview, maybe another two or three weeks, I had a full-day interview session that consisted of talking to around 10 or so people, including IT head, co-owner, junior and sr. level consultants. This day included an informal lunch. After that, a week or so, I had a writing and editing test. I finally received the offer after two months or so of initial application. All interviews were behavioral outside the writing/editing test.
