I applied to the possition and like 1 month later received an invitation for an interview. Then the head of the department was the one interviewed me. This event was online due to COVID restrictions.

The in charged of the deparment asked directly about my CV, my motivation for the job and personal characteristics that will help me to get the job and others that could be a barrier for it.

Interview
A conversation with the manager, you are going to work with later on. The interview for this role is 3 round, the first one is the conversation with the manager, than you have to take a test, finally you have an interview with the HR team, to determine if you are going to be a good match with the other employees, who you are going to work with.
