ROI research on Investment interview questions

I had three interviews for a marketing role at ROI spread out all of June where each time I was told that I seemed like a good fit and it was hinted that I might get the job. After the last interview, I was told that a decision would be made the following week. I never heard back from anyone. The least you can do after spending hours with a candidate is not ghost them.
