I initially answered 5 questions via video and was given 45 secs to answer each. These were very broad questions that usually take a lot more than 45 secs but I think they just wanted the basics. After getting through those, I was contacted by an HR/recruiter person who was really nice. The interview with them was just some basic questions about my work experience. The next interview was with one of the higher up IT people. He was not only late but obviously did not want to be there. He gave me some information that was different from what the recruiter said (in terms of AI governance and server infrastructure). Their infrastructure seems to be pretty out of date and hinted that they are not planning on making any updates. After the interview, we were mutual that this was not a good fit.
